Aug. 1942
Naniwa Koshitsu Glass Co., Ltd. was founded in Osaka (starting production mainly of tubing glass for ampoules).
Dec. 1957
Morishoji Factory was newly built to produce glass ampoules.
Apr. 1968
Silicone coating equipment was installed in Kyobashi Factory.
Sept. 1985
Import and distribution of foreign-made plastic containers began (an exclusive distribution right was obtained for DUMA brand products of current Gerresheimer).
Feb. 1990
Two factories in Osaka were sold off and a state-of-art new factory constructed in Kusatsu, Shiga Prefecture.
Feb. 1990
Cleaning processing equipment was installed in Shiga Plant.
Jun. 1991
The company was renamed to Namicos Corporation.
Sept. 2000
DMF was registered with US FDA for manufacture of glass ampoules (DMF 15076).
Mar. 2001
DMF was registered with US FDA for silicone coating (DMF 15330).
Nov. 2001
Certification of ISO 9001 was acquired.
Feb. 2006
Tokyo Sales Office opened.
Jul. 2007
DMF was registered with US FDA for cleaning processing of containers (DMF 20667).
Oct. 2007
DMF was registered with Health Canada for cleaning processing of containers (DMF 2007-252).
May 2012
Super Vial (Fluorocarbon polymer coated vial) was developed.
May 2014
Chinese Import Package Materials for Drugs License was acquired; No. J20140023 (Ampoule: clear) and No. J20140024 (Ampoule: amber).
Dec. 2014
Manuf. Registration for Medical Device (Class I) was acquired (25BZ200022).
Jul. 2017
In-house nursery “Donguri Room Kusatsuen” opened.
May 2018
ISO 15378 was acquired.
Dec. 2018
Manuf. & Mark. License for Medical Device (Class 2) was acquired (25B2X10010).
Jul. 2019
DMF was registered with Chinese authority for manufacture of glass ampoules

ISO 13485 was acquired.
