Silicone Coating and Fluorine Coating

Our silicone coating technology, which effectively forms silicone coating on the interior surface of ampoules and vials, can be used for various purposes and applications. We also have succeeded in developing fluorine coating technology on the glass inner surface.

  • Liquid-repellency allows easy withdrawal of the whole contents.
  • Prevents the release of alkali and occurrence of flakes.
  • Prevents the breakage of vials during freeze drying process (lessening the burden on vials when the volume of drug solution increases).
  • Can reduce the adsorption of drug ingredients to the glass surface.
  • Exhibits particularly excellent barrier performance against metal ions deriving from glass components (Fluorine coating).
  • Possesses high water-repellency property, along with high powder-repellency (Fluorine coating).
  • A potent protein adsorption inhibitory effect can be expected (Fluorine coating).

Manufacturing Environment

The silicone coating room and the inspection room, installing MEPA and HEPA filters, respectively, build highly clean environment. Employees pass through the air-shower booth not to take contaminants into the manufacturing room.
