Cleaning Processing
In recent years, quality requirements for packaging and containers are increasingly stringent, among others, in pharma industry, and hence their needs of removing adhered contaminants by washing are increased. In response, we undertake to clean molded glass bottles, tubing glass vials and plastic bottles with use of pure water and by employing the method which has been verified for its washing effect. Further, after confirming the quality level of unwashed containers, we determine a visual inspection level and quality specification for the containers tailored to customer’s quality requirements, thus delivering a sense of reassurance to our customers. By using such containers that secure their quality requirements, customers can expect advantages of labor saving and improved production yield by direct filling. Furthermore, we are capable of procuring packaging and containers either from domestic or overseas sources, and take over the burdensome control of suppliers.

Manufacturing Environment
Both cleaning processing and inspection rooms install HEPA filters, building highly clean environment. Washing equipment is originally developed at Namicos.
Employees pass through the air-shower booth not to take contaminants into the manufacturing room. For cleaning water, high-grade pure water (city water purified through reverse osmosis + ion exchange) is used.
